Kaizen Hypnosis
Privacy Policy
Operator and contact
Leonardo Schwartz operates Kaizen Hypnosis and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For questions about these policies, your information or a purchase, contact leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com.
Information we receive
We receive information you submit in contact forms, enquiries and purchases: your name, email, phone number where requested, message and billing or selected-offer information. Technical information such as your IP address, browser information and records needed to serve and protect the site may also be processed.
The session intake form may include your goals, previous experience and personal circumstances. When you continue to payment, your answers are sent to the practitioner’s email inbox even if you do not complete the purchase. Do not include card numbers, passwords or unnecessary health details.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to answer enquiries, administer requests and bookings, provide the requested service, send related communications, manage payments and refunds, resolve problems and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, the basis depends on the purpose: steps you request before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations or appropriately assessed legitimate interests such as security and handling disputes.
An enquiry or purchase is not consent to unrelated advertising. Where marketing or optional technology requires consent, it must be requested separately and can be withdrawn.
Sensitive information and session recordings
Health or wellbeing information can be especially sensitive. Share only what is necessary. Where the law requires explicit consent or another special condition, it must be established separately: accepting general terms is not a substitute. These forms are not an emergency service.
Recording a session is optional and permission is requested before recording. Recordings used for follow-up are for the practitioner, not other clients or advertising. Technical communication providers may process information necessary to supply their service. You do not have to recount details you are uncomfortable sharing.
Providers and external content
Cloudflare provides website hosting and infrastructure. Form submissions are delivered to the business email inbox. Whop processes payments entered in its embedded checkout; do not send card information through the contact form. If you use a Cal.com booking link or a Zoom session, those services process information needed for scheduling or communication.
External fonts, videos and integrations may disclose your IP address and browser information to their providers. Their own policies apply to their independent processing. See also the Cookie Policy. Information may be disclosed when legally required or to address a legitimate claim, limited to what is necessary.
Retention and international processing
Retention is limited to what is needed for the enquiry, booking or service, accounting and legal obligations and handling claims. Periods depend on the information and applicable duties; you can ask about your situation using the contact email above.
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where international-transfer safeguards are legally required, the mechanism must be appropriate for the provider and data flow. You can request information about recipients and the safeguards applicable to your data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some duties can require records to be retained. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Send requests to leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information without being given an appropriate way to do so.
